How do I get in contact with someone at The PlayHouse?
We can be reached through email at info@shoptheplayhouse.com. Please expect a response within 24-48 hours.
Is there a return policy?
Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final.
Can I exchange my toy?
All sales are final and can not be exchanged unless there is a malfunction with proof of the toy.
What payment methods are available?
The PlayHouse accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Paypal, and Klarna.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Orders will be shipped out within 48 hours. Most orders in the US are delivered within 2-5 business days. You can check the status of your delivery by checking your email and following the tracking information.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we ship globally as long as there are no restrictions to ship to that country. If we do run into any errors with shipping to a particular country, you will be notified by email and refunded.
Is your packaging discreet?
Your privacy is important to us. All packages will be shipped in plain brown boxes or a postal envelope. The name on the label will be listed as The PH. Your secrets are safe with us.
Where is my order?
Processing times are within 24-48 hours. Shipping can be from 1-4 days depending on where you are located. Please be sure to check your email for the shipping confirmation email. The tracking information will be provided there. If you can’t locate it, check your spam or junk folder. If you are still not able to locate it, please email us at info@shoptheplayhouse.com.
Product Care
I lost the charger to my toy, do you have replacements?
At the moment, we do not sell replacement chargers.
I just received my toy, do I need to charge it?
Most of our toys come already charged and ready to use (after cleaning of course), but in case it didn’t only charge the toys for no more than 45 minutes. We don’t want you to overcharge it.
I want to purchase a toy, but I don’t know which one to get.

If I receive a toy and it’s malfunctioning, can I return it and get a refund?
Please email us a video of the toy malfunctioning stating what’s going on with it within 48 hours of receiving it. If we are in agreement that the toy is indeed malfunctioning, we will ship you another toy, but there will be no refunds.
I received my body care products and they have been broken and/or spilled, can I get a replacement?
Absolutely, send a picture of the products in its broken or spilled state within 24 hours and we will ship another set out to you. There will be no refunds.
When will out of stock items be restocked?
Generally out of stock items will take approximately 1-2 weeks to restock. You're always more than welcome to reach out to us for a more accurate timeline.
Toy Soirees
Can I host a Toy Soiree for just me and my friends?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your family and friends. The more people, the more fun. Visit our Toy Soiree tab to get all the details. Fill out the contact form and one of our representatives will contact you to go over the specifics of your ladies night.
What is a Toy Soiree?
A Toy Soiree is essentially a “fancy toy(fun) party”. It’s an event where women learn how to elevate their self-care routine, explore their sexuality, and connect with themselves and/or their partner in new and exciting ways. We play fun games, have a much needed girl talk, and have toy demonstrations specifically from our collection.
